Yes. Payment plans are available to help spread the cost, with full payment due 45 days before travel.

International flights are not included in the standard land package price unless specifically stated in writing on your invoice or tour confirmation.
Guests may either:
arrange their own international flights; or
request assistance from With Love From Ghana Ltd in identifying suitable flight options from the United Kingdom.
Where flight assistance is requested, all flight prices remain subject to airline availability, fare changes, taxes and ticketing conditions at the time of confirmation.
No airfare is guaranteed until tickets have been issued and paid in full.
With Love From Ghana Ltd acts solely as a tour operator for land arrangements within Ghana and, where applicable, as a booking coordinator for third-party flight providers. Responsibility for airline operations, schedules, delays, cancellations, baggage handling, denied boarding and flight disruptions rests solely with the airline and/or ticketing provider.
Guests booking independent flights are fully responsible for ensuring arrival and departure times align with the published tour itinerary.
We strongly recommend that guests do not purchase non-refundable flights until their tour departure has been confirmed by With Love From Ghana Ltd.
Yes. Guests from around the world are welcome. You must arrange your own flights and meet the group in Accra.
If you have a UK Passport you’ll need a Visa, which must be obtained before you travel. This will allow you to stay for up to 60 days and can be single or multiple entry. Visas must be used within 3 months of the issue date.

Yes. Yellow Fever is compulsory and details must be provided with your visa application.
You will need to show your certificate on arrival in Ghana. Recommended vaccines include Hepatitis A, Typhoid, Meningitis & routine boosters (MMR, Tdap). Malaria prophylaxis is highly recommended for all travellers, as risk is high throughout the country.
Consult your Doctor or Travel Clinic 6 – 8 weeks before departure.
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance as soon as you make your booking.
You may also consider emergency medical and dental health, medical evacuation/repatriation, trip cancellation, baggage and personal belongings etc. Many people have annual policies.
It’s better to be safe than sorry!
Ghana is a hot, humid country, so we recommend light, breathable clothing. Don’t forget your sunscreen, insect repellent and comfortable shoes for walking.
Yes. Guests arriving at Accra International Airport are welcomed and transferred to your accommodation by a member of our team.
Ghana is widely recognised as one of the most welcoming and stable destinations in West Africa. However, as with any holiday destination general safety is recommended.
We use carefully selected 3* and 4* accommodations chosen for comfort, cleanliness & location.
Our tours include breakfast, with two selected group meals. You must purchase your own lunch, dinner and refreshments. See tour itinerary.
